At InterMediation Foundation Nigeria (IMN), we believe that empowerment begins with equipping individuals with practical skills that foster self-reliance and economic independence. Many women and young people, particularly those affected by health challenges like Vesicovaginal Fistula (VVF) or social vulnerabilities, often face limited opportunities for income generation. Skills training provides them with a pathway to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.

Our Skills Training Programs
Our training programs are designed to be practical, inclusive, and impactful, with a focus on market-driven skills that ensure long-term benefits. These include:
- Tailoring & Fashion Design – Helping participants develop creativity and entrepreneurial opportunities in the fashion industry.
- Catering & Food Processing – Providing knowledge on food preparation, packaging, and preservation for personal or business use.
- ICT & Digital Skills – Training in basic computer literacy, digital marketing, and online business opportunities.
- Crafts & Handwork – Teaching bead-making, soap-making, and other crafts that can generate steady income.
- Vocational & Entrepreneurship Training – Equipping participants with business management skills, financial literacy, and strategies to start and grow small enterprises.
Our Impact
